Surprise! Cover Reveal Day for Bourbon Fireball!

Shari Ryan • September 24, 2020

Hi Everyone!

I hope you’re having a nice week so far.

Aside from monitoring remote learning for the boys, I’m knee deep in planning for the release of Bourbon Fireball in a few weeks and another surprise release coming in December!

The standalone in December is a project I have been working on for a couple of years and it’s finally ready for your eyes! It’s a women’s fiction story of failure and finding a new journey to happiness. It’s an emotional piece and something easy to resonate with in these trying days. I’ll have more information soon!

Bourbon Fireball, the last book in The Barrel House Series will release on October 19th!

You can find the first three books on Kindle Unlimited or in the Amazon store and Bourbon Fireball is available for preorder:

You know you’ve been locked up for too long when you lift your head from whatever you’re doing to find this!

As for writing, I’m living in the year 1941 this week!

This note brings me to my suggestion of the week ... watch Ratched on Netflix if you can! It’s so good!

What’s the best thing that happened to you this week?

A new Historical Fiction novel called The family Behind the Walls by Shari J Ryan
By Shari J. Ryan January 27, 2025
The Family Behind the Walls: Absolutely heartbreaking and gripping World War Two fiction- My great-grandfather was murdered in a gas chamber upon arrival at Auschwitz. He died from Zyklon B poisoning. His body was thrown into a pile with countless others and taken to the crematorium, where all that remained of him was reduced to ash. Why? Because he was Jewish. A question has haunted me as I grew up and tried to piece together my family’s history: What was it all for? This question became the driving force behind my writing of The Family Behind the Walls. I wondered if, by the end of the story, I might find an answer. And I did.
